PROCESS
What you see in the final step of the artwork is not as important as what you do not see. The meaning is the process, the "Quest." Many are the paintings hidden inside a painting and I am the only witness of magic moments of creation. A copper plate in the acid becomes alive, the dripping of a liquid yellow lights up a smile on a goddess' face and creates unexpected geometry and signs I try to interpret. I try to hold these "sacred moments" and make the invisible visible to the eyes and take photographs with my old Olympus camera. I make art out of art. Each photo is a painting with its own life and it is the document of a unique moment of creation. Every moment of creation is a work of art.
